Not only have we produced award winning grape spirits for ourselves, we been working with wineries up and down California, from Napa to Santa Maria.
Produced a wine that you're just not happy with or didn't turn out as expected? We can distill it and capture the alcohol for use in arresting fermentation for port. Certainly more cost effective than dumping it down the drain, a port made with spirit from the same grapes as the wine creates a beautiful depth of character.
