Established in 1996, we are a unique service disabled veteran owned and operated micro-distillery located in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area. With roots as a true silicon valley garage project, like similar familiar silicon valley stories, our state of the art Alambic (pot) still produces a soft, medium bodied distilled spirit from a variety of high quality ingredients. The heart of Essential Spirits, it was formed by hand by one of France's premier Alambic still makers, it is the only one of its kind in the United States.
Our goal is to transform fruits, wines, pommaces and brews into exceptional, award winning, world class spirits.
