About Us

Essential Spirits Alambic Distillery, located in the heart of Silicon Valley, brings a bit of old world Europe to this high-tech society.  Our secret weapon is the state of the art Alambic (pot) still, designed and built by a third generation still manufacturer in Bordeaux, France. It really is the Rolls Royce of stills! This wonderful equipment efficiently transforms fruit, wines, pomace and brews into exceptionally fine spirits and we intend to use this elegant equipment, coupled with our distilling expertise, to create an array of high quality, specialty liquors.
